Terms and Conditions of Use
Last updated: October 8, 2026
These terms govern your use of the Architectural Metal Panels website at https://www.architecturalmetalpanels.com/ and the tools on it, including the quote forms and the roof price calculator. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. They are written in plain English on purpose, and the headings are only a guide to what each section says.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Architectural Metal Panels LLC (“Architectural Metal Panels,” “we,” “us” or “our”), a Texas limited liability company with its office and fabrication shop at 107 Industrial Dr, Forney, TX 75126. You can reach us at info@architecturalmetalpanels.com or (469) 569-3956. “You” means any person who visits or uses the site.
2. Using this website
You may use the site to learn about metal roofing, metal wall panels and custom sheet metal, to request an estimate, and to contact us about a project. You agree not to:
- submit false contact details, submit requests on behalf of someone who has not asked you to, or use the forms for anything other than a genuine inquiry;
- use bots, scrapers or automated tools to copy the site, send form submissions or probe the site for weaknesses;
- interfere with the site, its hosting or the services of other visitors, or try to get around any security or rate limit;
- use anything on the site in a way that breaks the law or infringes the rights of others.
We may block, limit or remove access for anyone who misuses the site, without notice.
3. Estimates, quotes and contracts
Nothing on this site is an offer to perform work at a stated price. Prices, ranges, lead times and descriptions on the site are an invitation for you to request a quote. A free estimate, whether given on the phone, on the quote page, by email or in person, is not a contract.
We are bound to perform work only when a written agreement describing the scope, materials, price and schedule has been signed by you and by an authorized representative of Architectural Metal Panels LLC. If anything on this site differs from your signed agreement, the signed agreement controls. Statements made in conversation that are not written into the agreement are not part of it.
A written estimate is valid for the period stated on it. Material costs change, so an estimate without a stated period may be re-priced before signing.
4. The roof price calculator
The calculator multiplies the roof area and options you enter by our published per-square-foot rates and shows a range. It is an estimate, not a quote. It cannot see your roof pitch, the number of existing layers, the condition of the decking, access, local permit fees or anything else that a measurement reveals. The range it shows may be higher or lower than the price in your written estimate, and we are not bound by a calculator result.
Rates used by the calculator can change at any time. The calculator and the metal roof cost page show the month the rates were last updated.
5. Pricing and dates
Prices shown on this site are our published rates as of October 2026 unless a page says otherwise. They may change without notice, and a price shown on the site on the day you visit is not guaranteed on the day you sign. Where a page gives typical market ranges, those figures come from third-party cost guides and are labeled as typical or as of a stated year; they are context, not our quote. Your dated written estimate is the only price that applies to your project.
6. Information on this site
The articles, guides, specifications and answers on this site are general information for people in Dallas-Fort Worth considering metal roofing, wall panels or sheet metal. They are not legal, insurance, engineering, tax or financial advice, and reading them does not create a professional relationship with us.
- Insurance credits, cosmetic-damage exclusions and claim outcomes are decided by your insurer and your policy, not by us.
- Building code, permit and registration requirements differ by city and change over time; the authority having jurisdiction decides what applies to your property.
- Homeowners association rules are set by your association. Statements about Texas law on this site describe the law as we understood it on the date shown on the page.
- Product performance figures, such as impact ratings, wind ratings, finish warranties and energy savings, come from manufacturers, testing bodies or published research and depend on the conditions of each test.
We try to keep the site accurate and current, and we correct errors when we find them or when you report them. Even so, the site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranty, express or implied, that the information is accurate, complete or up to date, that the site will be free of errors or interruptions, or that it is suitable for any particular purpose.
7. Warranties on our work
The disclaimer in section 6 applies to the website, not to work we have contracted to do. Work we perform is covered by the written warranty delivered with your project and by any manufacturer warranty that applies to the products installed. The lifetime warranty page summarizes our workmanship warranty; the signed warranty document controls if the two differ.
8. Intellectual property
The text, photographs, drawings, profile names and specifications on this site, including the AMP panel profiles, belong to Architectural Metal Panels LLC or to the people who licensed them to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view the site and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use while you consider a project. You may not copy, republish, sell or build a product or website from our content without our written permission.
Manufacturer and product names mentioned on the site, such as Kynar 500, Galvalume, EDCO, Classic Metal Roofing Systems and Englert, are trademarks of their owners. We use them to identify systems and materials we install or sell, and their appearance here does not mean the owner endorses us.
9. Third-party links and sources
Many pages cite sources and link to manufacturers, state agencies, research bodies and cost guides. Those sites belong to other people. We do not control them, we are not responsible for what they publish, and a link is not an endorsement. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you visit them.
10. Forms, calls and text messages
Information you send through a form, by phone or by text is handled as described in our privacy policy. By giving us a phone number, you agree that we may call or text that number about your request. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply, and you can stop texts at any time by replying STOP. We do not sell your information, and we do not use the numbers you give us for anyone else’s marketing.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent Texas law allows, Architectural Metal Panels LLC and its owners, employees and crews are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost data or costs of substitute services, arising from your use of this site or your reliance on anything published on it. Our total liability for any claim connected with the website itself is limited to one hundred dollars ($100).
This section applies only to the website. It does not limit any obligation we take on in a signed contract or written warranty, and it does not limit liability that cannot be limited under Texas law, such as liability for fraud or for personal injury caused by negligence.
12. Your responsibility for misuse
If your misuse of the site, or content you submit through it, causes a claim against us by someone else, you agree to cover the reasonable costs we incur as a result, including attorney fees, to the extent the claim arises from your actions.
13. Governing law and where disputes are heard
These terms and any dispute about the website are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You agree that the state courts located in Kaufman County, Texas have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or from your use of the site, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Disputes under a signed project agreement are governed by the terms of that agreement.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the site, our services or the law changes. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms, so please check this page from time to time.
15. General
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a term on one occasion, we may still enforce it later. These terms, together with the privacy policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about use of the website; agreements about actual work are separate and in writing. You may not transfer your rights under these terms to anyone else.
16. Contact
Questions about these terms, or a request to correct something on the site, can be sent to info@architecturalmetalpanels.com, by phone to (469) 569-3956, by mail to Architectural Metal Panels LLC, 107 Industrial Dr, Forney, TX 75126, or through the contact page.
